Services Provided
We offer bespoke online fitness training programmes, including workout routines, nutrition plans, and wellness coaching. Specific service details and limitations are outlined on our website and in client agreements.
User Responsibilities

Responsible for ensuring a safe training environment.
Obligation to inform trainers of any health concerns or medical conditions.
Payment Terms

Cancellation and refund policies are as follows:
Peak Physiques understands that due to unforeseen circumstances, the Client may need to cancel their Premium Online Coaching Package. The Client may cancel no later than 7 days prior to the next billing cycle to ensure a successful off-boarding experience. It is the Client's responsibility to cancel their monthly subscription should they no longer wish to continue.
Payment is non-refundable once plans are issued due to the custom nature of the work and time put into writing each individualized program. No refunds will be issued due to the nature of the intellectual property provided and the 24/7 ongoing support that comes with Premium Online Coaching. It is within the sole discretion of Peak Physiques to offer refunds if deemed applicable.
Programs will not be hosted online after the cessation of Premium Online Coaching, and it is the Client's responsibility to save their program should they wish to. The Client’s roster space will be maintained until payments are cancelled. Client openings are limited, therefore maintaining payments may be used to hold the Client’s spot at Peak Physiques discretion.
If Peak Physiques is unable to perform the duties under this Agreement due to illness, emergency, fire, casualty, strike, act of God, or causes beyond the control of Peak Physiques, Peak Physiques and the Client shall make every attempt to reschedule the Session(s).
Intellectual Property
All content, including workout plans, videos, and articles, is the property of Peak Physiques and is protected under CA intellectual property laws. Unauthorised use of materials for purposes other than personal training is prohibited.
Liability and Disclaimer
Peak Physiques accepts no liability for injuries or health complications resulting from our training programmes. We do not guarantee specific fitness results, as these vary by individual.
Privacy Policy
We adhere to strict data protection protocols in line with UK data protection laws. Personal data is used solely for service provision and is not shared with third parties without consent.
User Conduct
Users must not misuse our services or website and should adhere to community standards in any interactions facilitated by our platform.
Amendments to Terms
These Terms and Conditions may be amended from time to time, with changes communicated via our website or direct communication.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
